Legal Notice – Non-Refundable Orders

By placing an order with Balance of Nature, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and order fulfillment process, all purchases made through our website are considered final. Once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

Non-Refundable Policy

Customers understand and agree that:

Orders are non-refundable after purchase.
Change-of-mind purchases are not eligible for refunds.
Incorrect product selection by the customer does not qualify for a refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions

A replacement or resolution may be offered only in the following circumstances:

The customer receives the wrong item.
The product arrives damaged during transit.
The product is not delivered due to an error caused by our fulfillment process.

Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs and order details.

Chargeback Policy

Customers agree to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a chargeback for a validly delivered order may be considered a violation of these terms and may result in the submission of evidence to the payment processor.
